What to expect as a client.
Once a project starts, everything runs through two places: the channel you pick for conversation, and a private page where your files are delivered.
Your channel
Choose one when we start. Questions, feedback, and delivery links all go there, so nothing gets lost.
Works with any inbox. Questions, feedback, and the link to your files arrive in one thread.
A private Slack channel
A channel just for your project, shared only with your team. Good when several people give feedback.
Your delivery page
Final files never travel as email attachments. They wait for you on a page only you can open.
You get a private link
Your files go on your own page at cirfan.com. The link is sent through the channel you chose.
You create the password
The first time you open the link, you set the page’s password. Nothing on the page is shown until you do.
You stay signed in
Your browser stays signed in for about six months. Signing out ends it right away, and you can sign in on other devices with the same password.
You browse folders
Deliveries are grouped in folders, such as one per month or campaign. Older ones move to an Archive tab so the page stays tidy.
You preview and download
Watch or view each file, download one at a time, or download a whole folder as a single ZIP file. The page explains how to open it on any device.
You hear when there’s more
Once you’ve created your password and opened the page, you get a short email whenever new files are added.
How your files are protected
- Metadata removed on upload
- Every file is cleaned before it reaches your page: device, software, location, and editing details, plus anything the generation tools embedded. Only the cleaned copy is stored, so it is the only copy anyone can download. Videos are delivered as H.264 MP4, which plays everywhere and is accepted by every major ad platform.
- Links that expire
- Downloads come from private links that stop working after a few minutes, so a link copied out of your browser is useless to anyone else.
- A password only you know
- Your password is stored as a salted hash, never as text. cirfan can reset the page, but can never see the password.
- Protection against guessing
- After several wrong passwords in a row, sign-in pauses for 15 minutes.
A shared record
Activity on your delivery page is logged with timestamps. It gives both of us a clear record of what was delivered, when, and whether it arrived.
Logs include IP address and browser details. See the privacy notice.
