Your use of the media
cirfan is not responsible for the client’s use, or misuse, of generated media. Once media is delivered, the client decides where and how it is published and is responsible for that use.
Disclosure we recommend
For highly realistic content, cirfan strongly recommends that clients include an appropriate AI disclosure, either within the media itself or on their website, in order to comply with relevant social media platform terms and applicable laws.
Platforms update their rules on AI-generated content often. Check the current terms of every platform you advertise on before publishing.
No need to mention cirfan
The client is not required to disclose its affiliation with cirfan.
