AI accuracy policy

Last updated October 27, 2026

Due to the nature of AI image and video generation, exact accuracy in minute details may not always be possible. cirfan works to match your product, brand, and brief as closely as possible, and every draft is reviewed before you see it.

What this can affect

Small details are where AI generation is least reliable. For example:

  • small text, labels, and fine print on packaging
  • logos at small sizes or at an angle
  • exact product proportions, textures, and colors from one shot to the next
  • hands, fingers, and small moving parts
  • background details and reflections

How cirfan handles it

Known limits are raised as early as possible, before work starts when they can be predicted. If a detail matters to you, such as a label, a logo, or a specific product feature, say so in your brief so it gets priority.

Your review

Inspect every draft closely before approving and paying, as described in the Refund policy. Before publishing, make sure anything that represents your product, such as its features, labels, or claims, is accurate. Advertising rules require ads to be truthful, and you know your product best.
